Saving and using templates

Turn any proposal into a reusable template in one click, available from the next New Proposal wizard.

Templates let you turn a proposal you're proud of into a starting point for future work.

Saving a template

  1. 1Open any proposal in the editor.
  2. 2In the left outline panel, scroll to the bottom and click Save as template.
  3. 3Give the template a name and click Save.

The template is immediately available in the My templates tab of the New Proposal wizard.

What gets saved?

  • All section text (eyebrow, title, subtitle, intro, approach, scope, team, next steps).
  • Section visibility settings (hidden/visible).
  • Pricing note. Line items are not saved with templates, pricing changes too often per engagement.
Tip

Create one master template per engagement type (e.g. "Branding retainer", "Web rebuild") and update it after every closed deal with language that won.

Editing or deleting templates

Go to Templates in the left sidebar. Each template card has a three-dot menu for rename, duplicate, and delete.
