The proposal process was broken. We fixed it.
Values that ship features
Proposals represent thousands of hours of thinking. We build tools that make that thinking visible, not tools that bury it in a PDF.
Every default we ship, from pricing to privacy, should be one you're proud of on the worst day. No dark patterns, no surprise charges.
The first proposal should take 12 minutes. The hundredth should take 3. Power users should never hit a ceiling.
We don't add features for the sake of announcements. Every change earns its place by making the product measurably better for real teams.
From a frustration to a product
We ran an agency. Every week, we lost hours to the proposal grind, opening last quarter's doc, rearranging line items, exporting PDFs, chasing replies. The tools we tried were either beautiful-but-dumb or powerful-but-ugly.
So we built My Proposal: a single live link that a client can read, toggle, sign, and pay, while you watch it happen in real time. We've been sending our own proposals through it ever since.
Made for people who close with craft
Branding, motion, and design teams who sell projects, not hours.
Strategy, content, and performance teams with complex, configurable scopes.
