Setting up your brand kit

Set your accent colour, default validity window, and sender email, applied to every proposal.

The Brand kit is the single source of truth for how your proposals look. Set it once and every new proposal inherits your settings.

Opening brand kit settings

Go to Settings → Brand kit from the left sidebar.

What you can configure

  • Logo, upload a light background version and a dark background version.
  • Accent colour, the primary colour used for headings, buttons, and the progress ring.
  • Secondary colour, used for gradients and accents in covers.
  • Default validity days, how many days a sent proposal is valid before it expires.
  • Default sender email, the From address on outbound proposal emails.
  • Custom mail domain, use your own domain as the sender (requires DNS setup).
Tip

Upload both a light-background and dark-background logo. MyProposal picks the right one based on the cover gradient colour.
