Adding your logo

Upload a light and dark version, MyProposal uses the right one automatically.

Your logo appears in the Cover block of every proposal. MyProposal supports two versions: one optimised for light backgrounds and one for dark.

Uploading your logo

Go to Brand kit → Logo section. You'll see two upload zones, each showing a preview on its respective background colour. Click either zone to pick a file.

Supported formats

  • PNG (recommended, transparent background).
  • SVG (vector, perfect for logos).
  • JPG (acceptable but no transparency).
  • Max file size: 5 MB.
Tip

Use a PNG with a transparent background for the cleanest result. If you only have one version, upload it in both slots, it'll look fine on most covers.
