MyProposal can email you when key events happen on your proposals. You control which events trigger an email.
Notification settings
Go to Settings → Profile → Email notifications. You'll see four toggles:
- Proposal opened, when a client opens your proposal for the first time.
- Signature complete, when a client accepts and signs.
- Comment or reply, when someone leaves a comment or replies to you.
- Weekly digest, a summary of activity across all your proposals, sent every Monday.
Tip
"Proposal opened" is the most useful notification, it tells you the moment a client is actively reading, so you can follow up while you're top of mind.
