What we plan for

The most expensive shoot is the one that comes back unusable. We spend the front-half of the engagement on a shot list tied to your real marketing calendar - homepage hero, ad units, social, PR - then shoot against that list instead of 'and one more for the wall'. Delivery is a structured asset library organised by aspect ratio, with same-day rough selects via a private gallery so you can plan the launch around real frames within hours of the shoot, not weeks.

How we'll work

Week 1 is pre-production: mood board, shot list, location and talent sourcing, call sheet. Approval gates are at end of week one and morning of shoot day - no surprises on set. Week 2 is the shoot day. One photographer-director + one assistant + lighting kit (we add a second body for two-day shoots). Same-day rough selects up by 9pm via a private gallery. Week 3 is post: selects approved with you in a 30-minute call, retouching, and the asset library delivered organised by aspect ratio with both web-ready and master files.

Who you'll work with

A photographer-director leads pre-pro and the shoot, a photo assistant joins on the day, and a senior retoucher handles post. Weekly check-ins during pre-pro and post, and direct phone access on shoot day.
