What you're really buying

Most growth programs plateau because three vendors (paid, lifecycle, creative) are optimising for three different things and nobody owns the end-to-end customer journey. We run all three on one team with one weekly metric review, one shared dashboard, and one accountable lead. The first month is foundations - audit, tracking review, and the experiment queue. From month two we're moving the metric we agreed on: typically a 15-25% lift on ROAS or CAC within the first quarter on healthy accounts, slower on accounts coming in mid-rebuild.

How we'll work, quarter by quarter

Month 1 is foundations: tracking review, account hygiene, a baseline-by-channel scorecard, and the first batch of experiments queued. We don't expect to move the number meaningfully this month - we expect to set up the conditions for the next two. From month 2 we're in execution: weekly metric review, fortnightly creative drops, and a written monthly report on what we shipped and what's queued. Each quarter closes with a 90-minute business review where we re-rank priorities for the next quarter based on what shipped, not what was promised.
