This isn't life coaching, executive whisper-counsel, or a fractional CXO retainer. It's a recurring 1:1 with someone who's been an operator at your stage (former founder, two exits, 12 years in growth-stage operating roles) and asks the questions you'd ask yourself if you had time. We pick 2-3 themes per quarter together - 'rebuild the leadership team', 'kill three of the seven in-flight bets', 'replace the CFO before the round' - and the real work happens in the two weeks between sessions, not in the room.
Quarter 1 is diagnostic: two longer sessions to map what's actually broken vs. what just feels broken, then theme selection for the quarter and the agreed-on signals we'll watch. Ongoing: a bi-weekly 90-minute 1:1 in your calendar. WhatsApp or Signal between sessions for short-fuse decisions (capped at one back-and-forth per day so nobody gets eaten alive). Every quarter closes with a half-day off-site - out of the operating cadence, in a room without screens.
