The deliverables are big-ticket but the accountability is small - we agree to three numbers in week one (typically a brand-awareness metric, a demand metric and a revenue metric) and report against them monthly. If we miss two quarters running, we cut you a release without a fight.
Q1 is foundations: brand audit, positioning sharpening, messaging house, audience map. We don't build new campaigns this quarter - we fix the substrate so Q2 lands on stable ground. Q2 is the demand engine: site, paid, lifecycle, analytics. Live by end of quarter, with the first cohort of experiments already running. Q3 is content + community: editorial cadence, community ops, one in-person brand event. By end of Q3, organic demand is contributing meaningfully alongside paid. Q4 is optimisation + planning. We re-rank, kill what isn't working, and plan the next year alongside your team.

Weekly working sessions, monthly metric calls, quarterly business reviews - same five people for the full year, no rotations.
